Refund Policy

Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. General Refund Policy

MetaGhost provides immediate access to downloadable desktop software and related digital subscription services. All purchases are generally final and non-refundable, except where this Policy expressly provides otherwise or mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise. Not downloading, installing, launching, or using MetaGhost does not create a voluntary refund right.

2. Right of Withdrawal — EU / EEA Customers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or in a jurisdiction with equivalent mandatory consumer protection law, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a qualifying distance contract within 14 calendar days, without giving a reason. This right applies only while it legally exists and has not lapsed under the rules for digital content or services described in Section 3. Business purchases are not covered by this consumer right. These rules arise from EU Directive 2011/83/EU and its applicable national implementations.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

  • Send a clear, unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw
  • Contact us via Telegram support (@Metaghost_Support) or by email
  • Include your account email address and the date of your subscription activation
  • Send your withdrawal request within 14 days of the day your subscription was activated

If you make a valid statutory withdrawal while that right still exists, we will provide the reimbursement required by applicable law without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of the withdrawal. We use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed. Any amount lawfully due for a digital service already supplied at your express request may be deducted where applicable law permits.

3. Immediate Supply and Withdrawal Consequences

MetaGhost combines downloadable digital content with continuing digital services. The legal treatment of each component may differ. Before payment, the supported computer platforms are clearly displayed and customers must use one dedicated confirmation to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the applicable withdrawal consequences.

  • Downloadable digital content: where applicable law permits, the withdrawal right is lost once supply begins after the consumer has expressly requested immediate supply, acknowledged the loss of the right, and received the required contractual confirmation.
  • Continuing digital services: where a consumer expressly requests performance during the withdrawal period and later makes a valid withdrawal, the consumer may be required to pay the amount proportionate to the service already supplied. Where applicable law permits, the right may be lost once the service has been fully performed following the required consent and acknowledgement.

The checkout records the consent version, server timestamp, dedicated declaration, payment reference, and payment-provider confirmation. A copy of the declaration is sent to the account email after the purchase is completed.

Download, activation, login, device registration, feature access, and media processing records may demonstrate that supply or performance began. These records do not replace any consent or confirmation required by mandatory law.

4. Subscription Cancellation (Outside the Withdrawal Period)

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made on your card
  • Your account and data will remain accessible until the paid period ends
  • No partial refund of the unused portion of the current billing period is provided

5. Compatibility and Purchase Errors

MetaGhost requires a compatible Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or macOS computer. It is not available as an iPhone, iPad, Android, or other mobile-only app. These requirements are displayed before payment. Purchasing without a compatible computer, changing your mind, or failing to review clearly displayed system requirements does not create a voluntary refund right. This does not limit any non-waivable statutory right that still applies.

6. Exceptional Refunds

Outside the 14-day withdrawal window, refunds may be considered at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
  • Charges made after a successful cancellation was confirmed
  • Genuinely unauthorised transactions, after proper verification of the cardholder's identity

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first. Most billing issues can be resolved within 24 hours via Telegram support. Filing a chargeback while a service has been actively used and not first reported to us may be considered abusive and contested with documentary evidence of usage.

7. Contact

For billing inquiries, withdrawal requests, or to report payment issues, please contact us by email at Metaghost.io@gmail.com or via Telegram support at @Metaghost_Support. Typical response time: within 24 hours by Telegram, within 48 hours by email. For statutory withdrawal requests under EU law (Section 2), we recommend sending your request by email so a written record exists.

8. Geographic Scope

  • EU / EEA / France: Sections 2 and 3 (statutory withdrawal right, immediate supply, and applicable withdrawal consequences) apply.
  • All other jurisdictions: Section 1 (sales final, with exceptional cases under Section 6) applies, except where local consumer protection law provides equivalent or superior rights.

9. Publisher

This Refund Policy is issued by AIROFIRST LLC, the publisher of MetaGhost. Card payments appear on bank statements under the descriptor “AIROFIRST LLC”. Full publisher and hosting information is available in our Legal Notice.
