Refund Policy

1. General Refund Policy

MetaGhost provides instant access to professional digital software services. Once your subscription is activated, you immediately gain full access to all features. Because the service is delivered immediately upon subscription, all sales are generally final, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise (see Section 2 below).

2. Right of Withdrawal — EU / EEA Customers

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or in a jurisdiction with equivalent consumer protection law, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of subscribing, without giving any reason and without penalty. This right is granted under Article L221-18 of the French Code de la Consommation (transposing EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must:

  • Send a clear, unambiguous statement of your decision to withdraw
  • Contact us via Telegram support (@Metaghost_Support) or by email
  • Include your account email address and the date of your subscription activation
  • Send your withdrawal request within 14 days of the day your subscription was activated

If you withdraw within this 14-day period and have not waived your right (see Section 3), we will refund the amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

3. Express Waiver of the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-25 of the French Code de la Consommation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that the consumer has expressly requested to be performed before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period and expressly acknowledged losing this right once the service has been fully performed.

By subscribing to MetaGhost and confirming your payment, you:

  • Expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately upon successful payment, before the 14-day withdrawal period elapses;
  • Expressly acknowledge that, by using the application after activation, you accept that the service is being delivered and consumed;
  • Acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses for the portion of the service that has already been performed.

This waiver is collected at checkout via the consent prompt displayed on the payment page. Without this express request and acknowledgement, your subscription cannot be activated.

Practical effect: if you have not yet meaningfully used the service, you may still request withdrawal within 14 days under Section 2. If you have actively used the application (logged in, processed media, etc.) the service is considered fully performed for the elapsed period and the corresponding charge is non-refundable.

4. Subscription Cancellation (Outside the Withdrawal Period)

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from your dashboard. When you cancel:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made on your card
  • Your account and data will remain accessible until the paid period ends
  • No partial refund of the unused portion of the current billing period is provided

5. Exceptional Refunds

Outside the 14-day withdrawal window, refunds may be considered at our discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error
  • Charges made after a successful cancellation was confirmed
  • Genuinely unauthorised transactions, after proper verification of the cardholder's identity

Before opening a chargeback with your bank, please contact us first.Most billing issues can be resolved within 24 hours via Telegram support. Filing a chargeback while a service has been actively used and not first reported to us may be considered abusive and contested with documentary evidence of usage.

6. Contact

Typical response time: within 24 hours by Telegram, within 48 hours by email. For statutory withdrawal requests under EU law (Section 2), we recommend sending your request by email so a written record exists.

7. Geographic Scope

  • EU / EEA / France: Sections 2 and 3 (statutory withdrawal right and express waiver) apply.
  • All other jurisdictions: Section 1 (sales final, with exceptional cases under Section 5) applies, except where local consumer protection law provides equivalent or superior rights.

8. Publisher

This Refund Policy is issued by AIROFIRST LLC, the publisher of MetaGhost. Card payments appear on bank statements under the descriptor “AIROFIRST LLC”. Full publisher and hosting information is available in our Legal Notice.
