By accessing and using MetaGhost, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

MetaGhost is downloadable desktop software with related digital subscription services. It provides video and image modification tools, including metadata modification, format conversion, and file compression. MetaGhost requires Windows 10/11 (64-bit) or a supported macOS computer and is not available as an iPhone, iPad, Android, or other mobile-only app.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
  • Using the software only on one device per subscription
  • Reviewing and meeting the system requirements displayed before payment

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MetaGhost for:

  • Any illegal activities
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Creating fraudulent or deceptive content
  • Sharing your account with others

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

Before a purchase or manual renewal, the system requirements are displayed and you must use one dedicated confirmation to expressly request immediate access and acknowledge the withdrawal consequences described in the Refund Policy. We retain a versioned record of this declaration and send a contractual confirmation to your account email.

6. Limitation of Liability

MetaGhost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
