2. Description of Service

MetaGhost is a desktop application that provides video and image modification tools, including metadata modification, format conversion, and file compression. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws
  • Using the software only on one device per subscription

4. Prohibited Uses

You may not use MetaGhost for:

  • Any illegal activities
  • Infringing on intellectual property rights
  • Creating fraudulent or deceptive content
  • Sharing your account with others

5. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial periods except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

MetaGhost is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The MetaGhost service and the website https://metaghost.io are operated by AIROFIRST LLC, a single-member limited liability company incorporated in the State of New Mexico, United States, with registered address at 4405 Jager Drive Northeast, Ste C4-4446, Rio Rancho, New Mexico 87144, USA (EIN 36-5131293).
